You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. All deliveries are curbside drop-off with no signature required. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and contacting the carrier if needed. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or overseas is not available.

Title, Tax, and License (Deerfield Beach)
For customers picking up locally in Deerfield Beach, Title, Tax, and License fees will be included at checkout based on Florida state regulations.
For customers who prefer a fully assembled vehicle, we offer a PRO Fully Assembled Package with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for $199. This ensures that your vehicle is professionally assembled and ready for use upon pick-up or delivery. For more information or to add this option, please consult our team via WhatsApp.
Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer and covers engine parts for 3 months from the date you receive your vehicle. Xgator MotorSports will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional cost, but buyers are responsible for shipping or towing the vehicle to our facility. Labor charges, downtime, towing, or shipping expenses are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
- Wheels (tires and rims)
- Clutches
- Lubricants, gaskets, and fluids
- Standard wear and tear parts such as batteries, brakes, spark plugs, light bulbs, and hoses
- Damage caused by racing, competition, vandalism, theft, fire, or unauthorized repairs
- Warranty does not cover outside labor charges or towing/shipping costs
Defective parts must be returned to exchange for new parts, and replacements will be sent at no extra charge.
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Acquisition Agreement. Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.
Your order will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. Assembled items may take longer, depending on the complexity of the build and any additional services requested.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it without any charges. After 1 hour, a 6% cancellation fee will apply. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse or shipped, additional shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
It is crucial to inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and report any damages to Xgator MotorSports within 2 days. Note any damages on the Bill of Lading and contact us to file a claim. If the vehicle has significant structural damage, refuse the shipment and notify us. Minor damages can be addressed by sending pictures to our team for free replacement parts.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused vehicles with under 500 miles. Vehicles must be returned in new, re-sellable condition with original packaging. A 25-35% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact us to obtain an RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. All returns must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Missing parts or damages will result in deductions from your refund.
You are responsible for registering and operating your vehicle according to local and state laws. Xgator MotorSports makes no representations regarding the legality of vehicles in specific locations.
Riding motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and go-karts involves the risk of serious injury or death. Customers assume full responsibility for these risks, including but not limited to, accidents, collisions, and injuries sustained during riding activities.
